History

Avianca operating with IATA (AV) and ICAO (AVA) is managed by Avianca S.A.. In 1919, this airline was founded. Across the years, Avianca continued to develop its business by maintaining a worthwhile and enjoyable experience for their customers. Avianca has won APEX Award in 2020,Premios Kayak in 2019. The milestone that has been achieved by the airline is On 10 November 2010 Star Alliance announced that Avianca will be full members in 2012.
